Are you Ready?
I took your advice of eat when you're hungry, moving more and adding loads of veg, good oils and a bit pf protein and I've lost over 5Kg of body fat since I've got here! Feeling GREAT and less groggy and tired. Now i reach for water rather than constantly drinking coffee to try and perk me up and keep me going. So yeah, feeling great and listening to my body thanks to Primal Diva.
After coaching from Karen I started walking daily. Small steps then an hour or so and eating more fats. I could not believe the difference! My energy levels increased. I feel fitter, better, had more positive mood and even lost 6lbs without even trying.
I even ran as part of the Edinburgh Marathon team - at 70!!
